GiveaCroc is a Florida-based organization committed to promoting safe and harmonious coexistence between crocodilians and humans. Our mission is to reduce crocodilian-human conflicts by providing long-term monitoring of alligator and crocodile population densities in residential and commercial bodies of water while educating the public on crocodilian behavior.
GiveaCroc operates in accordance with Florida Wildlife Commission’s statement, “The FWC places the highest priority on public safety...” Human safety is GiveaCroc’s number-one priority.
Our Vision
GiveaCroc is dedicated to reducing crocodilian-human conflicts in Florida by providing services for long-term monitoring of alligator and crocodile population densities in residential and commercial bodies of water while imparting behavioral education to promote a safer coexistence.

Crocodilian Scientific Investi-Gators
Vince and Cherie Rose are published crocodilian research biologists and behavior specialists. With over fifty years of combined experience studying American alligators and crocodiles they have conducted years of scientific eye-shine surveys to determine crocodilian population demographics and have well over 5,000 safe crocodilian captures for scientific tagging, relocation, or rehabilitation and re-release.
